Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette, AR has an immediate opening for a full-time Nurse Manager within our Med Surg Department.

Job Summary: Responsible for direction of patient care and staff members of the medical surgical department setting. Consults with staff, physicians and Director of Nursing on nursing problems and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in QAPI activities. Assists in formulating budget. In order to provide safe patient care and promote team work every employee must be flexible with their schedule which means they will occasionally be asked to work a day or shift other than what they are regularly scheduled.

- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing is preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse Licensure for the state of Arkansas or compact licensure.
- Three (3) or more years of previous experience in all aspects of medical surgical nursing and a minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience.
- Current BLS certification upon hire or BLS certification must be obtained during orientation period or at next available scheduled class.
