Ozarks Community Hospital in Southwest Clinic, MO has an immediate opening for a full-time LPN within our Southwest City Clinic.

Job Summary: Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a PA, NP, RN and/or physician and clinic manager. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current LPN/LVN licensure in State of Missouri.
  • Current BLS certification upon hire or BLS certification must be obtained during orientation period or at next available scheduled class. Throughout employment, current BLS certification must be maintained by renewal during renewal period or at next available scheduled class.
  • Successful completion of Telemetry course preferred.
