Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical services for patients across the lifespan - children through geriatric; In an outpatient clinical setting, assess medical needs & develop care plan & preventive health maintenance, assess acute needs, chronic conditions & providing healthcare services that meet standards of care; Keep accurate, concise, & thorough documentation of all medical history, exam results, & discussions w/ patients; Clinic supervisor for mid-level providers.

Edu. & exp. req’d: MD or Foreign Equivalent; Arkansas or Missouri Medical License; Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
