Ozarks Community Hospital in Springfield, MO has an immediate opening for a full-time Nurse Practitioner within our Evergreen Clinic.

Position Summary: Responsible for providing primary healthcare to patients and families, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling. Works under direct supervision of a physician following established guidelines as required and within established scope of practice. This position is a partner in an interdisciplinary team of primary care givers and administrative support staff to perform assigned duties while displaying the highest of standards of ethical and moral conduct as well as acting in the best interest of Ozarks Community Hospital, supporting our mission, vision and values to optimize the health and well-being of our patients.

Requirements:

  • Current state Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner Licensure.
  • Master’s Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner's Program.
  • National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or certification eligible. Certification must be obtained within the first six (6) months of employment.
  • Current BLS certification upon hire or obtained at next available scheduled class.
