Ozarks Community Hospital in Neosho, MO has an immediate opening for a full-time Clinic Manager within our Newton County Clinic.

Our facilities include a hospital located in Gravette, Arkansas and a number of satellite clinics located in Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas.

Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates activities of office staff.  Prepares work schedules and expedites work flow.  Responsible to assist in the development of policies and procedures and responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures for the office/clinic.  Keeps the provider(s) informed of both progress and potential problems. Responsible for the direction and evaluation of patient care delivery.  Supports the billing/finance department with their monitoring of billing and collections.  Reports to the Clinic Administrator.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Current BLS preferred.
  • One year management/supervisory experience, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Ability to work with physicians in a collaborative manner.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, third party payors.
  • Coding and billing experience preferred.
