OCH & Covid-19

Making Sure You Get the Healthcare You Need During COVID-19

Ozarks Community Hospital understands individuals in our local communities have healthcare needs outside of COVID-19, so we have remained open to patients throughout the course of COVID-19. Please take comfort in knowing OCH has taken every precaution to provide a safe and clean environment for our patients. As always, your safety has always been our highest priority.

If you have questions or concerns that are not addressed on this page, feel free to contact your primary care physician or the hospital.

Hospital Visitor Information

Due to the safety of our patients, visitor information is subject to change based on current CDC guidelines. For the most up-to-date visitor guidelines please call our Hospital at (479) 787-5291.

Increased Safety Measures in our Hospital and Clinics

Per the CDC recommendations, Ozarks Community Hospital continues to implement social distancing, limited visitation, universal masking at all times within the hospital, and screening of all patients and visitors to ensure the safety of all. Our employees are going above and beyond to sanitize all of our clinics and masks are required at every location. Any cases of COVID-19 are handled with extreme caution and kept separate from our other patients.

Hospital and Clinic Screening Policy:

OCH continues to screen all patients, visitors and employees upon entry into our facilities. Each person will be asked if they have been sick or have any symptoms, temperatures and oxygen levels will be taken, and masks are required for the duration of the visit.

Covid-19 Testing

COVID-19 testing is still available at our Hospital and clinics. If you are showing multiple Covid symptoms, please call your closest OCH location to schedule an appointment for testing.

If you are located in the Gravette community, please remember that testing is by appointment only. You may call 479-344-6353 to schedule an appointment for Drive-Up Testing. One of our health professionals will help determine the next best step for you. If you reach our voicemail, please make sure to leave your name and number so someone can call you back quickly.
