Radiology

  • Professional, friendly, caring staff of Board Certified Radiologists and Registered Technologists dedicated to personalized service and high quality imaging and interpretation.
  • Routine diagnostic x-rays, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT, MRI, bone density and other special procedures available.
  • Teleradiography is available for emergent after hours and weekend exams.
  • Outpatient x-ray available 6am – midnight Monday through Friday and 8am – midnight on Saturdays and Sundays (no appointment needed).

Computed Tomography (CT)

  • Computer Tomography (CT) uses special x-ray equipment to produce multiple images of thinly sliced sections of the body. This allows radiologists and physicians to differentiate and diagnose cancers, cardiovascular disease, trauma, and other disorders.
  • State-of-the-art imaging using Siemens SOMATOM Perspective 64-slice CT Scanner.
  • Appointments for CT scans are available Monday through Friday from 7am – 7pm, and 8am – 5pm Saturday and Sunday.
  • New: Quantitative Computed Tomography (QCT) is used to measure bone mineral density in the spine. QCT is used primarily in the diagnosis and management of osteoporosis.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)

  • MRI uses a magnet and radio waves to obtain detailed images of the organs and tissues within the body. MRI allows for structures to be viewed in multiple planes that conventional x-ray does not allow. Using these specialized images, radiologists and physicians are able to assess and differentiate conditions such as multiple sclerosis, tumors, strokes, trauma and chronic conditions.
  • On-site state-of-the-art imaging uses a GE 1.5 Tesla closed magnet.
  • Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 7am – 5 pm.

Ultrasound

  • Ultrasound is a radiology modality in which high frequency sound waves are utilized to create a 2D or 3D image of internal organs in the abdomen and pelvis, blood vessels leading to the brain and extremities, as well as gestational monitoring.
  • State-of-the-art imaging with the Siemens ACUSON S2000 and ACUSON Freestyle Ultrasound System
