Maintenance Technician Full-Time Springfield

Job Summary: Assists in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the facility in good repair. Position will require extensive knowledge and experience in construction and related functions to include rough in plumbing, electrical, sheet rock and wall repair. Position will also include minor maintenance, mechanical repairs and other duties as required to maintain the facility and equipment. He/she must also demonstrate good clerical skills, computer skills in data entry and communications skills with patients, coworkers, and other departments. The Specimen Processor may be required to collect specimens from patients in local nursing homes. This position is also responsible for the processing of samples sent to approved reference labs and all lab departments.
