Perioperative RN Full-Time Day Shift Gravette, AR

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Manager of Surgical Services or designee, is responsible for the care, comfort, and safety of patients during the perioperative phase of the hospital stay. The perioperative stay begins from the time of preadmission to discharge. This position requires managing the successful perioperative process each day in the area assigned as well as all the other areas in the department when needed. The dimensions of practice range from preoperative assessment to evaluation of information obtained. Incorporating current clinical knowledge with established nursing practice, he or she performs nursing interventions utilizing the nursing process, ensuring continuity of care during the perioperative experience. Job Summary: The Registered Nurse Manger is responsible for fostering the philosophy, objectives and standards of care as developed by Emergency Services and in congruence with those of the hospital. Supports and assists Emergency Services staff in fulfilling the mission, vision and values of the organization. Vascular Access Registered Nurse Full Time-Day Shift Gravette, AR

Job Summary: Assesses and identifies the vascular access/ wound care needs of Inpatient/Outpatient patients. Procures, delivers and coordinates services for the patient in, outpatient/inpatient hospital setting. Provides for ongoing monitoring of the patient's vascular access maximum life of the access is achieved and plans for future intervention are coordinated if necessary. Provides direct care in the outpatient infusion and vascular access setting as well as the inpatient setting. Assist wound care nurse with wound care needs of outpatient/inpatient plan of care. Communicates with physicians/Director of Nursing/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. Job Summary: Under the Director of Integrated Care, the Behavioral Health Coordinator (BHC) will be responsible for providing behavioral health support to assist individuals in improving health status and managing chronic illnesses. They will perform screening/evaluation of individuals for mental health and substance abuse disorders as well as conducting brief interventions for individuals with behavioral health problems.
