Job Summary: Assists patient with activities of daily living provides basic nursing care to acutely ill patients and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse in charge of the team and/or unit. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of certified nursing assistant program or has a significant amount of nursing assistant experience in the hospital setting, preferred. Current BLS certification upon hire or BLS certification must be obtained during orientation period or at next available scheduled class. MLT Full Time Gravette, AR
Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette, Arkansas has an immediate opening for a MLT. Job Summary: Under the direction of the Laboratory Manager and technical direction of the Pathologist the Medical Laboratory Technician is responsible for independently obtaining, registering, testing patient samples and delivering results to providers in a hospital laboratory and contributing to general maintenance of the laboratory, equipment and supplies. In addition, he/she must demonstrate the ability to competently perform, problem-solve and report accurately all of the established routine clinical laboratory tests and procedures under general supervision. He/she may assist in instructing other personnel as assigned. He/she is able to correlate and interpret data based on knowledge of physiological conditions affecting test results, recognize problems, identify the cause, and resolve solutions to problems. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Graduate from an accredited program with an Associate Degree in Clinic Laboratory Science, including Military Degrees. • Current certification as a Clinical Laboratory Technician or Medical Laboratory Technician through NCA, ASCP, AMT or exam eligible. (Employees with Military Degrees are exempt.) • Experience not required, but 1-3 years’ experience is desirable • Demonstrates the ability to perform the technical skills and critical thinking outlines in the performance standards. • Current CPR certification approved by the American Heart Association (BLS, Heartsaver, or Friends & Family) upon hire or must be obtained during orientation period or at the next available scheduled class. Physical Therapist - PRN PRN Gravette, AR

Job Summary: Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as directed by the state practice act in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. The staff therapist coordinates delegates and supervises responsibilities assigned to supportive staff. The staff therapist participates in operational aspects of the department, maintains performance improvement activities within the department, and participates in CQI activities. Ensures that patient charges are accurate and entered on a timely basis. Participates in all infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety and fire safety programs. Specimen Processor/Phlebotomist Full-Time Gravette
Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette, Arkansas has an immediate opening for a Specimen Processor/Phlebotomist. Job Summary: Under direction of the Laboratory Manager and technical direction of the Pathologist, the Specimen Processor/Lab Assistant is responsible for independently obtaining and registering specimens and delivering results to providers in the hospital laboratory and contributing to general operation of the laboratory. The Specimen Processor/Lab Assistant must demonstrate skills in obtaining specimens from all age groups serviced utilizing a variety of blood collection devices and safety devices. He/she must also demonstrate good clerical skills and computer skills in data entry and communications skills with patients, coworkers, and other departments. This position is also responsible for specimen processing of samples sent to approved reference labs and other lab departments. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • A certificate in Phlebotomy from an accredited phlebotomy course or Certified Office Laboratory Technician, or Patient Care Technician (PCT) is preferred. On the job training is also acceptable. • 0-1 year experience. • Current CPR certification approved by the American Heart Association upon hire or must be obtained at the next available scheduled class. • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills; medical terminology background preferred.
