Job Summary: Assists in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the facility in good repair. Position will require extensive knowledge and experience in construction and related functions to include rough in plumbing, installs pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids. Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation. Position will work with sheetrock, prepare panels by sawing, drilling, or cutting holes in panels for electrical outlets, air-conditioning units, and plumbing. Position will also include minor maintenance, mechanical repairs and other duties as required to maintain the facility and equipment. Job Summary: Assesses and identifies the vascular access/ wound care needs of Inpatient/Outpatient patients. Procures, delivers and coordinates services for the patient in, outpatient/inpatient hospital setting. Provides for ongoing monitoring of the patient's vascular access maximum life of the access is achieved and plans for future intervention are coordinated if necessary. Provides direct care in the outpatient infusion and vascular access setting as well as the inpatient setting. Assist wound care nurse with wound care needs of outpatient/inpatient plan of care. Communicates with physicians/Director of Nursing/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. In order to provide safe patient care and promote team work every employee must be flexible with their schedule. Assist Restorative Services Manager with daily schedules of Restorative Services staff as needed.

Requirements::

Ozarks Community Hospital in Springfield, MO has an immediate opening for a full-time Registered Nurse within our Evergreen Pain Clinic. Job Summary: Under the guidance of the Nurse Manager of the Pain Clinic or designee, is responsible for the care, comfort, and safety of patients during their stay at the Pain Clinic. Provides directs patient care utilizing the nursing process, assists in the direction of nonprofessional staff members. The RN will participate in unit standard development activities, and goal achievement. Incorporating current clinical knowledge with established nursing practice performs nursing interventions utilizing the nursing process, ensuring continuity of care during the Pain Clinic experience. Included within this assignment is the responsibility for ensuring effective communication between him or herself, the patient, other staff, physician and other hospital departments. All actions are to be consistent with the established standards of practice, the mission statement, the goals at Ozarks Community Hospital, and the Employee Code of Conduct. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current Registered Nurse licensure for the state of Missouri. Minimum of one (1) year experience; in pain management and/or in the outpatient setting is preferred.
